I recently spoke at my Alma Mater, The Unsinkable Albany State University in Albany, Ga! I was asked to address the next generation of leaders enrolled in their Freshman Leadership Academy. Before speaking to them I reflected on my 9 year collegiate academic journey. That recollection of memories led me to pose a serious question to them..

What's Your Purpose?(Why are You Here?)

It's beyond important to know who and what is pushing you. Once you identify that, keep it at the forefront of your mind. Look at life through that lens. It helps you prioritize those things you value most!
